Seeking a CA B–licensed General Contractor for a large single-family residential project in San Francisco.
Project Status:
• Major rough work completed and approved
• New subfloor installed
• No additional structural work anticipated for remaining scope
Remaining Scope Includes:
• Tile and flooring install in common areas and bedrooms
• Bathroom tile floors and shower pans
• Tile wall in bathrooms and feature areas
• Kitchen countertop and backsplash install
• Drywall, paint, interior finish, HVAC, etc
What We’re Looking For:
• Competitive pricing
• Crew available to start soon
• Clean, efficient, and reliable workmanship
Requirements:
CA B License, Workers’ Compensation, and General Liability insurance.
Details:
Permits are in place and rough inspections have passed. Prompt, milestone-based payments. Target completion approximately 2 months. Site access available. Owner-supplied materials; most major finishes already selected and on site. Additional future projects may be available for the right fit.
