Small Cottage Room/No Kitchen or Parking/Quiet Gentleman (Menlo Park)

I am looking for a room or small cottage type room with a bathroom. I am a very quiet routine person, I would have no visitors over and I do not need a Kitchen or laundry space, and no need for parking. I commute by bus and Caltrain/Bart to work. I am a older adult going back to school. I have really good references if needed. I do not smoke or do any kind of drugs and I am not a party person. I am willing to help with any gardening or household work and pet sitting, if that would help keep the rent down monthly. It is my hope to move back to the bay area to finish my internship .I could not finish my internship because I was needed at the time to help my elderly mother with my sister . I am a safe good family person who needs a chance to rent back in the bay area. Thank you very much and many blessings,
