Responsible friendly gentleman visiting San Francisco first of February just for a few days in preparation for a permanent move to the Bay area. I am a retired builder/developer currently living in Tucson Arizona. I will be visiting greater San Francisco at the beginning of February initially just for a few days which will give me time to explore and figure out where I want to live when I come back to the Bay area within a month or two. I'm a non smoker non-drinker no pets but don't mind if you have some. I will be gone most of each day so I just need a sleeping room and a microwave to heat up my coffee in the morning.
