Hello,
Easygoing, gay, sober, introvert in his mid-30s is seeking a room to rent in SOMA, South Beach, Embarcadero, or Mission Bay.
Recently relocated in January 2025 from L.A. for work in Silicon Valley. (Lived alone in L.A. from 2021-2025 and was always timely on rent payments)
Currently, living in Duboce Triangle but seeking a more peaceful night time environment.
I'm also an artist, as in songwriting and hobbyist photography. However, I could assure that you will not have to hear any audio aloud as I use headphones for listening and/or recording music. I'm very mindful of providing peace towards my peers.
As an old soul, I am open to assisted living situations as well!
