Hello!
I am a middle-aged female San Francisco high school teacher. My rental flat of many years is being sold and I had to move out last month. It was a quick move-out process and I am now looking for a new place. My life is primarily outside of the City but I am looking for an apartment or room to stay at during the work week during the school year. Because of my school’s location and wanting to walk to and from my school I am looking for a place in a northeast neighborhood (Telegraph Hill, North Beach, Russian Hill, Marina, Cow Hollow, Presidio, Presidio Heights, Pac Heights, Lower Pac Heights, Nob Hill, Downtown, Financial District).
Those who know me would describe me as friendly, hardworking, kind, and someone with many interests. I love to knit, woodwork, walk, read, practice yoga, attend lectures, and bake bread (I bake at my place outside the City but would happily bake a loaf for you!). As a flatmate, I am quiet but friendly. I am neat and I keep clean.
I am looking for a female roommate, 30+ years old. Your place can be furnished or not (the contents of my room in my previous flat are in storage). A personal bathroom would be ideal but if morning routines are different (I typically get ready at 7 and leave the flat at 8), a shared bathroom could work. Am happy to share a place with a cat or friendly dog.
If my description of what I’m looking for sounds like a potential match, please send me a note/email. I can give you references, a credit report, and proof of employment.
