I am finishing up as a visiting research-scholar at Harvard (which is by no means the friendliest place, but that's Boston ;). So I'm looking to relocate to a warmer climate at the end of November or on Dec 1. I am a mature (over 50), quiet, and nonsmoking man. I will be continuing with my academic work (I don't work at home). My preference is for a studio/efficiency (i.e., a one-room apt), which of course includes a kitchen and bathroom). I fine with a furnished bedroom in a shared house or apt as long as there is access to a shared full kitchen (rather than a hotel-like mini-frig and microwave in the bedroom). I am not going on vacation, but am relocating to Florida. I am open to either renting monthly, while I look for a perm rental, or renting for a longer duration.
Because spammers demand a phone number, I do not respond to emails with such a demand up front, or to demands for my personal email address, even though the person has sent me an email through CL. lol If scammers would bother to think, they could be more effective. ;) I am able to meet on zoom, and at some point to have a phone conversation. I also have a rental reference.
