Product Designer looking for room in Castro/Mission area (castro / upper market)

Budget: $1,000-$1,800
When: Somewhere between May 17th and June 1st (flexible on the date, but ideally I don't want to wait a long time).
About me: 26, gay, I work as a product designer for a tech startup remotely, and I work part-time in person 2-3 days a week closing (and sometimes opening) a gym in the Castro. I'm also a professional artist selling my own designs from home and I print them myself; you can see them here: https://knny.cargo.site/. Introvert, a quiet person, and very direct. My hobbies are art and working out.
What I'm looking for in a living situation: mainly that we have independent lives and that socializing together is not a large part of it. I'm a friendly person cordially, but I have my own social life. I do not bring the party home, if I want to party I will go to the club for that. If I say I am down for moving in with you, and you agree, it means I have decided to do that. I will not deviate or "fall through". It's very black and white.
Note: I am not looking for s*x or anything of that sort. I'm looking to pay for a room, full stop. Please don't ask me.
