Hello. I am a peaceful, easy-going, clean, considerate, non-smoking, older male who is looking for a furnished room to rent near Muni public transportation under $230/week or $1000/month. At first, I wish to rent for just 4 weeks to a month. If I can find work in San Francisco, I could extend my stay. If not, I will leave town. I am financially responsible and have enough money, that I could pay the rent on time every month for a year, so please don’t worry about that, but I wouldn’t want to stay if I can’t find work.
