I'm a professional woman in my late 30s looking for a roommate or roommates to share 2BD+ apartment. Open to finding a place together or joining your existing setup. The dynamic between roommates matters a lot. Looking for respect, open proactive communication, and keeping the place orderly/cozy/clean. Can afford to live on my own but prefer being a part of a community with like-minded folks. Casually looking for the right fit.
Budget: $2,000–$2,500/mo/ea
Neighborhoods: Castro/Upper Market, Duboce, Hayes, Buena Vista, Corona Heights, Mission, central and transit-accessible (I don't have a car).
Timeline: Looking actively but willing to wait for the right arrangement.
What I care about most in a roommates: Clean and organized (but not rigid about it), financially stable, and respectful of shared space. I'm social and enjoy hanging out at home sometimes, but I also value independence and privacy. Want to live with active curious individuals, who have rich social lives and hobbies and like to cross-pollinate.
What I am looking for in a place: Natural light, some outdoor space, a room big enough to double as a WFH office, storage space for bicis/camping & moto gear, ideally a big kitchen, cozy comfy shared common spaces. Love uncluttered modern-leaning interiors with light tones + natural woods and fabrics + plants. Am a pretty great interior designer.
My hobbies: Reading (non-fiction), learning, building, adventuring, cuban salsa dancing, cooking, sketching, improv, being outdoors, dinners and board game nights with friends, activities like Bad Art Club, musicals, anything artsy/cultural really.
I have kitchen stuff and minimal furniture. Happy to work with yours or furnish together.
Send a bit about yourself and I'll do the same.
