Danish Native seeks Share Rental or Room as Temp Partial Trade for Services (San Francisco)

Hello!
I am a male seeking a good sized pref. furnished (if unfurnished ok too..) room or share rental **as a temporary (up to 4 months) full or partial Trade for Services (rent minus my time on a hourly or weekly basis) until i get my home renovation/investment business restarted, then to pay rent in as normal up to 1-2 years.
I have a Business and Construction background.
The services i can offer are:
Remodel Management, Carpenters helper, Legal aid, Driving, House sitting, Child sitting, Elder care, Pet walking/sitting, Translation, Business assistance and more, just let me know what you may need!
It can be long or short term depending on the situation, but at least a few months.
The rent i can currently offer is about $500 plus trade.
