Hello! 46 year old gay guy here in SF looking to move to a nice, mature, considerate, and quiet home situation.
I'm a very respectful, tidy, responsible, considerate and friendly guy. I work in management consulting for healthcare, and I'm a singer-songwriter as well. I definitely clean up after myself in all common areas and looking to live with someone who does the same. Otherwise just a friendly laid back guy here who loves to read and keep his brain active and spend time outside in nature. I very rarely cook so the kitchen would remain pretty spotless from my end.
I would love to live with someone mature (i.e. stable with emotional intelligence), considerate (e.g. don't leave messes in common areas, open the windows when cooking, etc) in a quiet building with quiet neighbors (main reason I'm currently looking to move is that my current neighbors are very loud and inconsiderate).
