About me:
Hello, my name is Alex. I am 24 years old born and raised in Sacramento,CA. Went to college down in SoCal (Santa Barbara) then moved up to the city to pursue my passion in addiction-counseling. I currently work as a substance abuse counselor for a non-profit organization located in downtown SF. I am clean, respectful, quiet, and trustworthy. I rarely ever go out drinking or partying with friends, and I will NEVER come home at late hours being obnoxious or loud at any given time. I have had many shared places throughout my life and have learned how to live and behave in a shared environment. Multiple people in a house or apartment doesn't really bother me as long as everyone who's living there( including myself) is on the same page as far as bills, ground rules, etc.

My budget per month: anywhere from $600-800 per month. I am self supported and have other bills like we all do, so I am looking for something I know I can afford which is in that range.

Ideal living situation that I am looking for! My move in date will be no later than February 11th. So I'm hoping to move in somewhere around the FIRST week of FEBRUARY(I opted to not renew lease with current living situation and a new tenant will be moving in my current spot on the 11th. This assures I am not here to waste anyone's time or play games since I only have 30 days to find a place, thank you! :) A single room in a house or apartment is fine I am not expecting a million dollar loft with my price range.. I am well aware of how the bay area operates as far as pricing/living scenarios go. I am willing to do a shared room with another person only if price is right...however being 24 years old it would be nice to be able to come home and have my little bit of privacy if I would like to take a nap or Netflix on my phone, study client notes, etc. (A PER-FURNISHED ROOM IS NOT A PROBLEM)

If I seem like I may be a fit for your available room/place? Please feel free to email me with just a bit of info about your place/room. pictures would be awesome, your contact name and best number to reach you at, and I will make sure to respond as soon as I can. Thank you for taking the time to read this ad, looking forward to meeting my future roommate(s) !
