The place is kept clean, it's quiet and peaceful. Upstairs has 3 college students and a dog. We share utilities (electric, water and waste, garbage). There's a washer and dryer in the garage. Plenty of street parking.
Living here, you'd be right by the beach. You can hear the ocean from the backyard. There are so many places to eat and hang just a block away. Gus's (3min walk) is right around the corner and two blocks up. There's Yonkers, Devil's Teeth, Pizza joint, ice-cream spots, burger place, bars and all sorts of other great spots to eat and drink near by. And yet, it's so quiet out here.
Dog or cat would be welcomed. I love animals. Not the biggest place for a big dog but the backyard is huge and the beach and Golden Gate Park are near by.
As for me, I work in the security field and at night, at a pretty fun spot in The City. I like to cook pasta. I ride a motorcycle, game and like to spend time with family. I like to meet up friends. Down to camp, travel and explore new places. Looking for someone who is chill, clean, easy going, and able to handle their bills on time (no excuses). NO Smoking. Month to month is cool but preferably a year lease. $1200 dollar deposit.
