The position provides mentorship to Security Host at the venue level while monitoring the venue. The role sets the standard for venue Security through on the job interaction and demonstration. The Lead Security Host also assists the venue Security Manager with scheduling, accurate payroll reporting, and Security Host training.

Supervise Venue Security
Circulate among guests and employees to preserve order and protect property
Uphold the law and order in the venue in conjunction with local law enforcement
Administer first aid and assist injured guests or employees
Ensure that proper authorities are contacted
Remain alert for any suspicious persons or activities
Answer all guest questions and furnish detailed information on the venue
Properly communicate via radio
React professionally and rationally in emergency and pressure situations
Restrain intoxicated, disorderly, or insubordinate guests or remove them from premises
Communicate professionally with all Management
Promote and practice safety awareness and behavior, adhering to all safety standards
Conduct Security Host Training
Direct emergency vehicles when called upon
Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:

21+ years of age
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Hospitality experience preferred
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Hakkasan standards
Possession of/or ability to possess a valid Guard Card
Work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
WORKING KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of one (1) year of experience as Security Host in hospitality industry required
Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment
Knowledge and use of all radio communication codes and procedures
Knowledge of report writing basics
