👮 DETAILED DUTIES:
We are seeking a professional, dependable guard to maintain a safe and calm environment at a medical office. This is a low-stress but high-responsibility post ideal for guards who are alert, courteous, and proactive.
🔍 Primary Responsibilities:
• Maintain a visible security presence at the front and surrounding areas
• Conduct routine foot patrols of the property (interior & exterior if needed)
• Monitor for suspicious behavior, loitering, or disturbances
• Ensure only authorized individuals are on-site
• Provide a reassuring presence for staff, patients, and visitors
🚶 Patrol & Monitoring:
• Perform scheduled walkthroughs to check doors, entrances, and parking areas
• Watch for safety hazards, unsecured areas, or unusual activity
• Remain attentive at all times—no distractions
📞 Incident Response:
• De-escalate situations calmly and professionally
• Contact local law enforcement if necessary
• Document and report any incidents, observations, or irregularities
💬 Customer Service:
• Assist visitors with directions when needed
• Maintain a polite, professional demeanor at all times
• Represent Fast Guard Service with integrity
