Two SF interns looking for 2BR summer sublet near SoMa / Mission Bay (SOMA / south beach)

Hi, my roommate and I are looking for a summer sublet in San Francisco from around June 1 through August. We will both be interning in SF and are looking for a clean, reliable place with a manageable commute to SoMa.
Ideal setup:
- 2 bedrooms, or 2 private sleeping spaces
- Full unit preferred, but open to 2 rooms in a larger apartment/house
- Furnished preferred
- Around June 1 through August, flexible on exact dates
- Preferred areas: SoMa, South Beach, Mission Bay, Dogpatch, Potrero Hill, Mission, or nearby
- In-unit laundry, parking, and utilities included would be a plus
We are quiet, responsible, and can provide basic info/references if needed. Open to a summer sublease, short-term furnished rental, or flexible lease. Please reach out with the location, dates available, monthly rent, whether utilities are included, and any photos/details.
