Looking for a furnished room, studio, guest space, or similar. Reliable public transit access is a must. Easy commute to UCSF/Gladstone Institutes preferred.
Budget: ideally around $800–900/month OBO, depending on the setup.
About me: low-maintenance, easygoing, respectful, and clean. I’ll mostly be there in the evenings to sleep and on the weekends.
Open to work trade or helping around the house/property in exchange for reduced rent, including gardening, organization, light home projects, furniture assembly, or occasional bartending/help with small private events.
