Seeking mid-term (3-4 mo.) Outer Sunset / Outer Richmond rental

Hi All. I'm a clean, quiet, conscientious, early-retired person, financially secure, excellent credit, non-smoker, no pets, who'd like to spend some time in one of the more coastal neighborhoods of SF after living primarily inland in the Berkeley area for a number of years.

I'm seeking an unfurnished or semi-furnished (we can discuss the details) studio or one bedroom apartment (no shared spaces, please). Reasonable rent level for the area, please.

Seeking a clean, quiet, private space. Strong preference for windows bringing some direct sunlight and air circulation into the unit, full sized (preferably house sized) fridge/freezer, on-site laundry, and enough available floor space to comfortably accommodate a yoga regimen.

If you have an apartment available that you think would work for me, please send me a basic description of the rental: location, size, rent, amenities, time frame, etc.. Photos would really help. If the rental looks like a possibility for me I would love to discuss by phone and schedule a viewing.
