Looking for 3 month summer sublet (Studio/1 BR) (SF Bay Area)

Hi,
I'm a a 35 year old single professional man looking for a sublet/temp residential space for 3 months. Ideal move-in mid-May to early-June.
I just moved back to SF for work. I'm in tech and am looking for somewhere to stay while I land on my feet. I work remotely half the time and commute to FiDi the other half, so I'll need a spot with good internet.
I'm clean/tidy and fairly quiet. I'm low-key and like playing basketball/running/socializing after work.
If this is a roommate situation, looking for: clean, respectful, friendly.
If things go well, this could convert to a longer-term thing.
