I'm a single, professional looking for sublet/temp residential space of at least 2-3 months, but willing to sign up to a year.
I just moved here for a new job, I've been in commercial real estate for 22 years, and am just looking for something easy to get settled in town.
Ideally in a neighborhood I like (Richmond, Sunset, Haight, North Beach, Marina, Pacific Heights), but I'm open to anywhere in or close to the City.
No smoking, no pets, wife, kids.. I'm very tidy/clean but I'm not a neat freak. I've owned several houses and appreciate taking care of them. I'm a very chill and responsible person, I would be a great sub-Tenant. Ideal move-in 5/15-5/21 but flexible.
