Work Includes
- Running and terminating Ethernet (RJ45/keystone)
- Installing and configuring PoE security cameras
- Mounting TVs, monitors, and displays
- Speaker wiring and AV setup (Sonos, amplifiers)
- Basic networking (routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls)
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a valid CA driver’s license
- Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication with clients
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Ubiquiti/UniFi, Verkada, or Sonos
- CompTIA Network+ or similar certification
Type: Independent Contractor (1099), project-based, part-time/on-call
Location: San Francisco Bay Area (regional travel required)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
