Two of us are with Tahoe Backcountry Ski Patrol. We are all double diamond skiers at Alpine Meadows. We can show you the backcountry routes on the west shore. One of us teaches avalanche courses and is spearheading TahoeBackcountryRadio.org One couple is retired.
Dog friendly. No kids.
Large, well equipped kitchen with gas stove with legit espresso machine. Kitchen and bathrooms were renovated ten years ago.
Garage for lots of skis with wax bench. We have 20 pairs of skis!! We live for powder. An extra room with three double beds for guests.
Parking for four cars. AWD recommended as there is a bit of a hill on the county road from 89.
We have two yellow labs, mother and son who love to backcountry ski. We need to get permission from owner to allow a third dog.
Ski lease is from December 1 to May 1, $14,200 per couple all inclusive. Includes Christmas. You get a private room and bath.
