This is a four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms apartment on upper floor. Two bedrooms are available for rent. One is master bedroom with a private bathroom. This rental includes two rooms and two parking spaces. One parking space is in garage, the other is in driveway. One girl student at her age 20s is living in another room. One room is used for storage now. If you are a group of three, then I can also remove the stuff and rent the room to you.

The newly renovated House is located on London Street between Russia Ave and Persia Ave in outer mission, Close to Hwy 280, public transportation (Bus and BART), CCSF and SFSU, and shopping! just one block from Business Street--Mission Street (just one or two minutes away by walking). The location is super convenient.

The spacious, bright and newly renovated private master bedroom with a private bathroom is about 20 feet by 11 feet including the bathroom and the closet and is just for one person.

The bright and spacious master bedroom with an about 8"x2.2" closet and a private bathroom.

The other spacious and bright bedroom is about 10feet by 16 feet and about 155 square feet with a closet and three big bay windows.

The whole house was almost rebuilt in 2018. More than 95% construction materials were new when it was renovated in 2018. Updated water system, electrical system, and plumbing system, Updated roof, walls and ceiling with insolation, updated floors, double panel windows and solid wood doors with high quality door lock. Even the foundation of the rear part of the building was rebuilt. Hence, you would not feel cold in winter and hot in summer inside the house due to excellent isolation.

This is 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms apartment on upper level. If both of you rent the two rooms, then Three tenants share the large and bright kitchen and living room, and two tenants share the 1.5 bathrooms since the tenant living in the master room has her or his own private bathroom and one room is used for storage now.
The Apartment is completely furnished with all hardwood floors, except bathrooms and kitchen with tiles. The spacious and bright living room (about 330 square feet) features a super comfortable sofa set and a beautiful Persian-Style Hand-Tufted Wool Rug.

Free meters are also available and free before 9:00am and after 6:00pm. There are a lot meters on mission street -just half block away from my house .

Free Wi-Fi, utilities (PG&E, Water, and Trash): Tenants pay: $100/month. No pets and no smoke and no drug. One room is for one person only.

The lease term is for at least 6 months . Rent is $ 3300 per month plus utility fee $100/person/month. Total is $3500/month. Security Deposit is $3500.
