I have a small, cozy, and private room available for rent.
This is in a 3bd/1ba duplex in the Outer Richmond. 🏡 We recently filled an identical room and are now looking for someone responsible and respectful to take the adjacent room in this quiet, friendly home.
Rent: $1200/month (utilities included)
Deposit: $1330 (includes a non-refundable $130 cleaning fee)
About the Roommates:
The current roommates are in their late 20s (F, M). Ideally, you are around the same age (25-30). You could be a student, international expat, young professional, or working full-time. The roommates are quiet, friendly, and respectful. This is a good fit for someone introverted who values peace and wants a calm space to come home to. They keep the home tidy and expect the same from their roommate. No couples or frequent overnight guests, please.
About the Room:
– Small, bright, and quiet
– Dimensions are 8x10 ft. with a small open closet (the room is on the smaller side but good for someone who doesn't have a lot of stuff)
– Unfurnished
– Faces the street with great afternoon and evening sunlight (and some morning fog)
– Can fit a twin, full, or queen size bed
– Bathroom, kitchen, and common area are shared with two roommates
– No laundry on-site, but there’s a laundromat nearby
The Location:
The home is in a safe, quiet, and walkable neighborhood close to parks, shops, and scenic spots. If you love scenic walks and quiet surroundings, this is an ideal location. It’s quiet and tucked away, yet still convenient to the city.
– Next door to a tennis court
– 1 block from a grocery store and pharmacy
– A few minutes walking distance to the best beaches and cliffside views of San Francisco (Lands End, China Beach, and Baker Beach)
– Across the street from a golf course
– Next to the Legion of Honor Museum
Lease: 3, 6, or 9 months, with the option to extend
Pets: Not permitted, sorry :(
House rules: No drugs, smoking, weed, or vaping. We’re not a party or gathering house.
