$1550/month + $100/month utilities. Month and a half's rent as a deposit. Available for move-in now. The room is approximately 12' x 15' (180sqft), unfurnished, and has a large sliding window and large closet with sliding doors. You will be the only one using the common bathroom as the third bedroom is currently in use as a home office. This 2nd floor apartment has a very big furnished living room with large windows and lots of sunlight. Coin-op washers and dryers downstairs in the same building. We also have an elevator! Please, no smoking and no pets.

The Neighborhood:
Just north of USF Lone Mountain. Relatively easy street parking. A few short blocks to Trader Joe's and Target. Around the corner you can catch the 38-Geary to get downtown in less than 30min. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance too.

You:
Employed at somewhat standard hours. Cleanly, respectful, and responsible. Please be able to provide the usual application information (credit score, recent pay stubs, landlord and past roommate references).

Your housemate:
40-year-old male working in design, mostly from home. Enjoys biking, going to the beach, and watching movies. Prefers a relatively quiet home environment free from frequent large social gatherings.
