The apartment is made up of 3 bedrooms, one small guest room, 1.5 bathroom, pantry, kitchen, and living room. Access to rooftop and patio area. Pet friendly, though there is already one small dog living in the flat.
About the roommates:
I am in my mid 30s, working in fashion. Our other flatmate is in his mid 20s in medical sales, hybrid schedule but mostly out of the house during the day. Our 3rd roommate who we're looking to replace is mid 30s in medical field and has been in the flat for almost 4 years in the medical field but moving in with another friend (just steps away!). We are all down to earth, fun, kind people and get along well. We will hang out and do family dinners but also do our own things. Prefer someone who doesn't bring the party back due.
$1,719 + ~100 for bills & utilities. We have a great home environment and would like to continue to cultivate good vibes and fantastic memories with another equally great roommate
