I'm looking for a roommate to share a bright, secure 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in San Francisco's Inner Richmond. The apartment is approximately 875 sq. ft., and the available room is the spacious primary bedroom. It features a large double closet and a bright window overlooking the rooftop that brings in plenty of natural light throughout the day. There's ample space for a queen or king bed, a desk, dresser, and additional furniture.
The apartment is fully furnished in the common areas with a stocked kitchen, so you'll only need to furnish your bedroom. I'm also happy to rearrange shared spaces so the apartment feels like home for both of us.
Location
The apartment is within walking distance of grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, music venues, hardware stores, banks, laundromats, and excellent public transit. Golden Gate Park and the Presidio are both just a few minutes away by bike or car.

About Me
I work in hospitality, so my schedule tends to run later in the evenings. I also have a very friendly cat, so you'll need to be comfortable living with one.
I'm 420-friendly, and if you smoke cigarettes, you're welcome to use the outdoor patio so everything stays outside the building.
I'm looking for someone who's clean, respectful, communicative, and considerate. I'd love to create a comfortable home where we both respect each other's space, communicate openly, and enjoy living together.
Friends and overnight guests are welcome as long as we both use good judgment and make sure everyone we invite into our home is someone we'd both feel comfortable having in our shared space.
Parking
Street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. There is one weekly street-cleaning day, and there's also additional unrestricted parking at the end of the block.
