About the room: Spacious bedroom with plenty of space for a full/queen-size bed and a desk. Comes with a large closet, a private attached bathroom, and a private balcony. I currently have a full-size bed and desk that I'm happy to sell at a discount, or you can furnish the bedroom yourself.
About the apartment: You'd be living with two other girls in their mid-20s and an affectionate and friendly cat named Oliver. The common areas are all already furnished, and we have a variety of useful kitchen appliances, including an Instant Pot, air fryer, and coffee setup. It is the top floor of a three-floor, three-unit building. Laundry is in-unit and free. There is an option to store some items in the garage, such as a bicycle. The landlord and his wife live below us, and the landlord's son (also mid-20s) lives on the ground floor. Our landlord is super chill and very responsive, and has always been respectful and helpful. There is also a shared backyard that all members of the building have access to. While there is no included parking, I have a car and have had no issues parking on the street for the past two years.
About the neighborhood: Ingleside is a safe and charming neighborhood in the southern part of San Francisco. We live between Stonestown Mall and Balboa Park BART station, right next to the K Muni stop. The apartment has a Walk Score of 88 and a Transit Score of 85. Walking distance to Whole Foods, 24-hour fitness, and lots of restaurants and shops. There is also easy access to I-280 by car.
