Seeking a responsible and tidy person who is looking for ongoing, month-to-month accommodation in San Francisco for part of the week. This small, but comfortable and furnished bedroom is ideal for someone who lives out of town but spends several days a week in San Francisco for work or other commitments.
Our spacious 4-bedroom, 1.5-bath flat is in a classic 1904 Victorian, with a contemporary kitchen, great bathrooms, and in-unit laundry. We're situated right on Guerrero Street, the dividing line between two of San Francisco's standout neighborhoods: Noe Valley and the Mission District.
This small room (see floorplan) has a standard-size closet, a full-size exterior window, and interior transom window to maximize natural light. It's furnished with a full-size bed, dresser, side table, and a TV.
Experience SF life by living in the middle of everything. We're in a prime, walkable neighborhood near shops and restaurants along the Valencia Street Corridor. It's a 15-minute walk to Whole Foods or Dolores Park, a 25-minute walk to Castro, a 10-minute Uber to SOMA nightlife, or a 30-minute ride to Ocean Beach.
We're in a great spot, and you'll enjoy spending your off-work hours exploring the neighborhoods.
We're ideally situated for San Francisco's public transportation. Just a few blocks away is the 24th St Mission BART Station, and in the opposite direction, the J-Line Muni Stop at Church & 22nd. Additionally, multiple bus stops are conveniently located nearby.
While there's on-street parking, our central location eliminates the need for a car. For those who drive to commute outside SF, there's convenient access to highways 280 and 101.
Background check and income verification are required.
2-month minimum and longer-term is great, too.
The deposit is one month's rent.

Unfortunately, this room is not available to someone who would live here full-time. This space is prioritized for people who return to their home city each week due to family and community commitments.
