We are on the second floor of a classic SF victorian building. The apartment has high ceilings, wood floors, and a lot of character. The bedroom that is available has one of the bay windows looking out onto Hayes Street. The room is 12' x 15', plus a little extra where the bay window juts out. The room is shown in the first two photos, but is unfurnished.
The common areas are spacious and have plenty of light. The kitchen is large and has tons of storage space. In addition to the living room there is also a smaller sun room that looks south overlooking the back yard and towards the panhandle.
There is also an extra room in the apartment that is not quite suitable for another bedroom so we use it for bikes and other storage, and occasional visiting guests. Having this extra room really frees up space in our bedrooms that might otherwise need to be used for storage.

John, 24M: finance, surfer, bread baker
We are both friendly, considerate, and keep the common areas clean.
Utilities are split equally and are about $150 per month per person, which includes the cleaners who come about once a month.
