Furnished bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment at the top of Twin Peaks- the view starts at the San Mateo Bridge and spans over San Francisco. You will wake up to the sun rising over the East Bay and watch as the city turns pink during sunset. The common area includes a full kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, dishes, etc.), a large main room with fireplace, patio, large hallway closet, and a shared full bathroom. There is a couch, TV, table, and chairs included. The laundry room is located in the building. The apartment is on the 37 bus line and there is plenty of street parking. There are hiking trails (Twin Peaks) directly behind the apartment- great for getting your steps in!

You will split the electricity (around $55-100/month depending on the time of year). You must pay first, last, and a $1000 deposit. One of you will need to organize cable/internet.
