Our home is spacious. We have a large living room, a dining room for entertaining, and a well equipped kitchen with a gas range and oven. A backyard and BBQ make it easy to entertain outdoors too. The available room is fairly small (7' x 9'), but it comes with it's own ensuite bathroom, plenty of closet space, and a view out to the backyard and a eucalyptus forest.
We're located in the Simonds Loop neighborhood near the Lombard Gate entrance to the Presidio. It's a safe friendly neighborhood with low crime where kids play in the street. We're close to the Marina and Pacific Heights and an easy walk to Chrissy Field and the Golden Gate Bridge. There's good transit connections including a free express bus that takes you straight to the Financial District and Caltrain.

We often cook and hang out together, but everyone has their own lives too. Some of us work from home, but the house rarely feels too busy.
Rent is $1690 per month. Utilities, (incl cleaner, parking etc) run an additional $200/month.
