Hi there! We have a room opening up in a converted 4 bedroom apartment. The apartment is street-level and has a private and enclosed patio in the back. A majority of living space is on the street-level floor with one loft-style bedroom above it. It is rent controlled and has historically been home to people in the service industry. The MUNI 12 line stops directly in front of the building and can take you to Bart in ~15 minutes. The apartment has 1 full and 1 half bath, a large living room with high ceilings, a well-stocked kitchen, and a small amount of additional storage to be shared.

The room will be available as early as September 22nd. Move-in costs would be first month's rent and $500 security deposit. Utilities usually add up to $75-100 per person a month on top of base rent. Do note that the room gets its sunlight through interior windows. The shared spaces get ample direct light.
