We live together as a community across both the main house and the back cottage of the property, sharing our stories, time and occasional meals (house dinners and other events). We are artists, chefs, creators, tech people and scientists. This is an owner occupied house.
The room is on the first floor of the two-story main house, and faces the street with morning light through the bay window. The first three pictures are the room, and the others are all public areas -- the front of the house (your room with the bay window), the main house parlor, dining room, kitchen, garden and deck between the front and back houses, sun room, garden room/guest room, and back community garden. The front house is occupied by 3 other people (you and one other on the first floor) and has two bathrooms (one on each floor), so you would basically be sharing a bathroom with just one other person. Two more people live in the back house.
This is shared living more along the lines of intentional community. We are looking for someone who wants to live with others.
20 minute walk (in various directions) to the Mission, BART, Caltrain, UCSF Mission Bay and SF General. Plenty of street parking here on the Hill. Pets negotiable.
