- It's in Noe Valley which is super central but peaceful and quiet.
- It's a top floor flat (meaning it's the entire top floor)
- Super duper sunny (like, really sunny)
- You'd share it with just me (yay!).
- I have two cats who are really friendly and sweet.
- Street parking is incredibly easy.
- washer/dryer in the unit.
- month-to-month lease if you want some flexibility with length of stay.
- big sunny backyard.
- Public transit is close and easy.
- Unless you bike, caltrain is a bit of a pain to get to from here (just being honest), but getting downtown is super easy (I've done it for years).
- I don't work from home but it's ok if you do (you'll just have to play with my cats while you're home. ;))
- no smoking, no parties. I socialize outside the house and I'd prefer if you do, too. But I'd love to be friendly with my roommate. :). Even though I totally respect privacy (I like mine, too) I don't want to feel like I live with a stranger.
