Downsides:
- No living room/communal space for socializing
- No closet in the bedroom that's being rented
The household is very independent and we may not see each other often, but when we do it is relaxed and pleasant. The property is technically a duplex which has been opened up. The downstairs unit is where the room is available. We are a mix of adults: 3 women and 1 male, ages ranging from our 20s to 50s with one pretty great dog. We’re looking for a for a fourth female to complete our household (we will only be considering women for an interview). I'm one of the 3 women with the pretty great dog that lives in the downstairs unit, I have 5 years of sobriety so we're looking for an individual that doesn't engage in hard drinking or drug use.
There is zero household drama or chaos and my number one priority is to keep it that way. Our home is a clean, safe and comfortable place to live and also queer friendly.
