The location is exceptional, in Nob Hill, right at the corner of Polk & Sacramento, with restaurants on each corner. The street is happening - bars, cafes, and restaurants up and down Polk (all within walking distance). Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are two blocks away.
The apartment is new construction and has:
- washer and dryer in the apartment
- hardwood floors in common areas
- newly painted interior
- gas fireplace
- dishwasher in the kitchen
- courtyard in the building
- easy Access To Freeways
- easy Access to Muni Bus Lines
- near Work Bus Lines for Google, etc.
- parking spot in downstairs garage for extra $150/mo.
Looking for a roommate who is gainfully employed, and can pay rent on time; not looking for couples, the room is for one person only. Occasional guests are fine.
This is a beautiful apartment that is well-furnished in the common areas. I treat the place with a lot of care and I expect you do the same. You will have use rights in common areas like everyone else. Looking for someone who doesn't mind to clean after himself and be generally considerate towards the other roommates.
About the other two roommates:

- male from Ohio in early 30's; works from home part of the time
Cleaning crew once a month.
