We have one bedroom available for January/February (flexible for the right roommate) in our spacious, modern, home.

-2 bedrooms (your bedroom + another bedroom occupied by another roommate) and 1 full bathroom shared between the two of you.
-The garage with plenty of space (for storage, bikes, ski/snowboard gear, etc.) and clothes washer/dryer
-Direct access to the outdoor patio which you can make your own (if you’re into gardening or just want a private outdoor space)
The upper level contains:
-Fully-updated kitchen
-Living room + dining area, TV, brand new couch
The bedroom is spacious and features:
-Space for a queen bed + desk, dresser, and other furniture
-Standard size closet with full length sliding doors/mirrors
-Built in storage/shelving on one of the walls
-Picture shows both furnished and unfurnished. The room comes unfurnished
The house is extremely nice:
-Fully renovated and updated
-Naturally well-lit with windows and skylights throughout
-Single family home - no noise from neighbors

-2 blocks from N Judah and even closer to multiple bus stops

-Easy parking (no permit required) - great if you have a car and commute for work.
About you:
-Seeking a long-term roommate with intention of a 1 year stay or more.
-We are a house of 20-30yo men, mostly LGBTQ.
-No pets (and comfortable with a dog -- we have one)

-Full-time, steady employment
Move in requires first month's rent + a security deposit (also $1380).
