My partner and I are looking for one person to move into the open room we have available in our apartment. The location is in Ingleside and we are on the 3rd (top) floor of the apartment building.
Rent will be $1250/mo for the room
Utilities are excluded (PG&E, Water, Trash, Internet)
Move in date can be on SEPTEMBER 1 and will be a 1 year lease
The apartment includes:
Large kitchen space and living room area
Bathroom for personal use
Info about the area:
29, 54, 43 buses and K line are all within very short walking distances
10 min walk to Balboa Bart Station
A laundromat is located a few blocks from the apartment
Ocean Ave is just down the street where you can find Whole Foods and a good variety of restaurants
We have lived in this apartment for about 10+ years now and the landlords are really nice and communicative.
