I've have lived in this home for two decades and looking for a chill roommate.
The apartment is located in the heart of the Mission District. There are plenty of local venders, produce markets, the best murals in the city on Balmy alley just a few blocks down. The entrance location is near Cesar Chavez St. and Shotwell St. Walking distance (10 min) from local produce markets, 24th St. BART, MUNI lines:14, 49, 27, 12 and the 48. Also a 5 min walk to Precita Park, or if you really want the best view you can walk up Bernal Hill
Move in cost is $1,300 for first month's rent and $1,300 for deposit, totaling $2,600.
This includes PG&E and internet
Room features:
-Unfurnished Room
-110 square ft sized room with an additional closed closet
-Window with great natural lighting
-Indoor electrical heating (for cold days)
-Shared bathroom with one person
*There is also 3 other closets within the common areas if you need more storage space as well.
Apartment features:
-Dining/Living Room
-Outdoor balcony
-Good sized kitchen stocked with almost all appliances (Vitamix, cookware, dishes, etc.)
-Extra closet space
-Utilities included (PGE, water, garbage, and high-speed Comcast)
-Laundry unit in the complex
-Guard patrols place 24/7

The roommate you live with:
-Person in late 30s. Work as a case manager for a homeless shelter, but also like to volunteer and help out with community events. I also have a small cat who is 9 years old, but keep his litter and food/water in my room.
What I'm looking for:
-A roommate that is mature, clean, and has a full-time job outside of the house. Most of the residents in the complex are families as well.
The only real downfall I can think about the room is it is directly adjacent to mine. The walls are a bit thin, but I don't mind noise or anything as long as its at an appropriate hour, and doesn't disturb the neighbors.
