We are an easygoing group of young professionals working in tech and research, ranging in age from late 20s to early 30s, 2 men and 2 woman. One dog. We have dinner on occasion, a party once in a blue moon, but also are mostly working and living our own lives.
The house is spacious: two floors, two living rooms (one converted into a gym you can use), two kitchens, garage, back patio, and dining room.
The room is large, and has a closet.
This room shares a bathroom with 1 other roommate (male).
The area is quiet, but reasonably close to bars, grocery stores, and 10 minute walk to Glen Park BART. Safe neighborhood with plenty of street parking.
We have a periodical house cleaner and then clean up after ourselves.
Rent is $1380 and utilities range from $40 - 100/120 per month. The desk and the bed are the only non negotiable items leaving if you'd like anything else seen in the photos make an offer :)
We'd appreciate the new roommate to:
