1 bedroom available in a 4bd/2ba house conveniently located in the South Eastern Presidio. Room is 9x12 ft and faces east. Lots of natural light, closet space and privacy. East facing private backyard, in unit laundry and dishwasher, spacious living room. Common areas furnished, bedroom unfurnished.
We pay to have someone come and clean the bathrooms and common areas once a month for $35/person.
No smoking of any kind.
No drugs (not even marijuana - the Presidio is federal land, so it's not legal).
Available beginning of January, with flexible move in date if needed.
Location and Transportation:
South Eastern Side of the Presidio - 20 minutes to the Marina/Cow Hollow, Crissy Field Beach and the Richmond.
Steps from incredible hiking trails and the Main Presidio Post - 5 minute walk to a view of the Golden Gate Bridge. Free and easy parking right outside the front door, but also close enough to the city to not need a car - the Presidio also operates FREE transit throughout the park and to downtown for residents.
Existing Roommates: You would be living with three roommates (1F, 2M). We are a laid back bunch who get along but don’t spend a ton of time together. One roommate has larger backyard gatherings sometimes but no wild parties (ends before midnight, no alcohol). Direct and open communication is very important to us - the house rules are to treat each other with respect and tell someone directly if something is bothering you (don't let small problems become big ones by avoiding talking about them and don't be passive aggressive).
You: Comfortable with direct communication to prevent and resolve conflict. Do not bring the drinking/wild party home. The house is non-smoking/vaping (of any kind) and drug free (including marijuana). Must be okay with a registered service dog joining the house shortly.
