Available private bedroom in Excelsior/Outer Mission house. Includes private bathroom with newly installed toilet and a shower. You’d be sharing a kitchen and other common spaces with two gay men upstairs. Woman with small dog in separate downstairs apartment. We’re creative types with day jobs in our 30s. Friendly and doing our own thing most of the time.

Be friendly, independent, clean, noise-conscious, and willing to help out around the house. No pets. No parties.

Utilities not included with rent, divided equally and must be paid monthly. PGE, water, internet, and garbage (every three months).

Common spaces also include a living room, backyard, and garage (not suitable for cars) with washer/dryer. Near large park, restaurants, and grocery stores. Easy access to BART and bus lines will get you around the city.
