🏴☠ Rent for this room is $1600/Month. Water is included, and utilities and internet average about $40-45/person/month. Trash is split quarterly amongst all units in the building. There are no pets currently in the unit, but our neighbors who share the yard each have dogs and a cat.
🏴☠The current house crew-mates are:
cis man, mid 20s, working in tech, originally from San Diego.
cis man, mid 20s, working in public health. Enjoys rock climbing, surfing, and snowboarding as well as finding new activities or music around the city.
We’re queer-friendly and open to roommates from all backgrounds.
Our current third housemate is relocating so this is a lease takeover, and ideally we’d like to find someone looking to stay longer-term.
