The newly renovated House is located on London Street between Russia Ave and Persia Ave in outer mission, Close to Hwy 280, public transportation (Bus and BART), CCSF and SFSU, and shopping! just one block from Business Street--Mission Street (just one or two minutes away by walking). The location is super convenient.
The spacious and bright bedroom is about 10 feet by 20 feet and about 200 square feet.
The whole house was almost rebuilt in 2018. More than 95% construction materials were new when it was renovated in 2018. Updated water system, electrical system, and plumbing system, Updated roof, walls and ceiling with insolation, updated floors, double panel windows and solid wood doors with high quality door lock. Even the foundation of the rear part of the building was rebuilt. Hence, you would not feel cold in winter and hot in summer inside the house due to excellent isolation.
