We offer one of the best single rooms in the area! Unlike other buildings that may feel narrow and dark, ours features wide stairways and hallways brighten by eight skylights for a bright and open feel.
Each private room (unit) includes its own hot and cold water sink. Residents share four spacious kitchens, four showers, and seven toilets—all maintained on a regular basis. (We require tenants to clean up after themselves after each use for the next user.)
You’ll also have your own private room entrance and personal mailbox.
Our units are priced from $900 - $1,200
Your unit has its own electrical meter. Estimated monthly cost is $20 to $50 depending on your usage.
