Near corner of Octavia and Filbert. Amazing location near (but not TOO near!) bars, restaurants, gyms, public transportation, etc. Huge living room, on-site washer/dryer, awesome kitchen (dishwasher, gas range, oven), FIVE bathrooms, and three balconies.
THE ROOM:
Medium-sized room, more than enough space to fit a queen-size bed, dresser, desk, etc. and have room to spare!
Note: Some furniture (small desk and queen-size bed) is available for tenant to take over, but not necessary if unneeded!
THE RENT:
$1,300 plus share of utilities ($50 for power/gas/Internet), total $1,350. A deposit of one month's rent is also required upon move-in date.
Off-site landlord pays for water and trash.
MOVE-IN DATE:
December 15th or earlier (pro-rated).
HOUSEMATES:
You'll be joining six other folks, ages twenty-[mumble] through forty-[mumble]!
Very important: Do not let the number of people put you off; this house is HUGE, we will NOT be stepping on each other's toes!
YOU:
Student or gainfully employed, LGBTQ-friendly, quiet, no smoking (incl. no 420) on premises, no drugs, sorry no pets or couples.
