Looking for a roommate may 1st move in date! I am a 31 year old working professional and seeking a female roommate preferably in her late 20s / 30s for my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment is in the heart of the Russian Hill / Polk Gulch, close to amazing restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops
The apartment is also walking distance to the financial district as well as North Beach and the Marina. The apartment is next to a few SF Muni bus lines - 19, 12, 49.
The Apartment: Its a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with laundry in the building (pay by app on phone). The apartment is located in the back of the building so its super quiet. It has a spacious backyard (with a cute set up and fire place!) and two parking spots in the garage all INCLUDED with the rent. You will have your own bathroom and parking spot (no extra charge)! Your room is unfurnished and very spacious, it will fit a queen bed, dresser, a couple nightstands and a desk. There is a large closet in the room. (Two different set ups are in photos from a male and then a female who occupied the room)
The apartment has a great open living room - Gas stove and dishwasher in the kitchen.
Rent: $2350 due on the 1st of the month. Pg&e and internet not included (around $80 per person/month)
Security Deposit: $2350 day you move in
Lease term: move in may 1st (year long lease)
Pets: unfortunately no furry friends
About Me: I am a 31 year old female, born and raised SF! I work in the cosmetic dermatology field and am out of the house M-Thursday from about 7-6:30pm. During the week, I am pretty quiet as I have long days in the office but love to come home, have a glass of wine and relax while watching TV / Movies. On weekends, I am usually out of the house with friends and or out of town. Not one to bring the party home so noise would never be an issue! I am also clean and reliable and would hope the same for my new roommate. I found my last roommate on Craigslist and we quickly became friends, hoping for the same but totally respect and appreciate someone who can do their own thing too!
About You: I am looking for a female in her late 20s / 30s who is clean and respectful. Has a full time job and able to pay rent on time. Likes to hang out and enjoy a movie night once in a while
