Live in a beautiful master bedroom with en-suite bathroom nestled at the top of Noe Valley. The building is just under Twin Peaks, so you would wake up every day to a spectacular view of San Francisco and the bay. You’d be sharing a three-bedroom, two-bath, top-floor apartment with 2 roommates and 2 cats. We’re looking for an easygoing, clean and considerate roommate.

The building has a secure entry and elevator, so you won’t have to climb stairs. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, and stove. Your private bathroom has a low-flow toilet. An industrial strength washer and dryer set was recently installed downstairs. I’ve improved the place with tiger wood flooring and American Clay naturally pigmented plaster throughout. Building facilities include a laundry room, and street parking is easily available.

The master bedroom is 14’ x 11.5’ feet, with a wide, west-facing window, furnished.

The neighborhood has easy public transportation to the entire city, with great shops, Whole Foods, boutiques, restaurants, bars, and a farmer’s market.

Accommodation details: Monthly $1600, plus $1600 security deposit. Utilities (PG&E & Sonic fiber optic internet) are split.
