Looking for a short term renter, minimum 2 months, max 6 months to share my apartment w/me
Rent = $1,550/month including all utilities (I really like also getting a cleaner in once per month. She does a crazy deep clean and works out to be $80 each if we split the total.
Security deposit = $1,000 required only for longer stays.
Bedroom furniture won't be exact as I've moved some things around - there will also be a desk and office chair in there for a remote worker.
There is a garage available for $100 per month to park your car

My name is Kristen, I'm a 36 year old female and I'm currently looking for a new housemate to join me on Sept 1st (somewhat flexible on move in date). A bit about me: I'm originally from NY. I moved to SF on a feeling and have been out here for 7 years now. I'm an Interior Designer and work for a hospitality brand designing hotels and multi-family apartment buildings. Prior to becoming an Interior Designer I worked as a brand strategist/consultant so I love all things creative. I would describe myself as sociable and friendly -- I love the outdoors, hiking, camping, yoga, meditation, riding my bike and continuing to explore the bay area. A typical week includes me working remote at the apartment during the day (sometimes I go to the library), teaching yoga at a studio near by in the mornings, playing pickleball, cooking or hanging out with friends in the evening. I spend about 2 nights out of the apartment a week at my boyfriends house. And on the off nights I am usually home having a chill night in.
